Our Fitness Studio

On the upper floor of Chapel Hill Tennis Club, we offer a fitness studio with a variety of strength equipment and a full range of Life Fitness machines. Cross-training in our fitness studio is a great way to improve your tennis game.  As of December 2023, we now offer Court Sport Yoga.  CHTC has also added Tennis Fitness workouts with Adrian Baluyot, iTPA certified Tennis Performance Trainer.

Tennis Fitness

Certified iTPA Trainer, Adrian Baluyot

Adrian completed his training and certification through the International Tennis Performance Association and is also our Junior Racquets Director.  Whether tennis is your sport of choice or not, his 1 on 1 sessions can improve your day to day life.  The benefits range from strength, balance, reaction, coordination, mobility, and injury prevention. CHTC is excited that we are able to now offer theses sessions with Adrian to our members and non-members.
